The Establishment of the Black Army

Article I: The Black Army is hereby established. By the establishment of this army, we declare war on all Club Penguin armies.
Article II: The Black Army has the following goals:

1. Dismantle the existing Club Penguin Army structure
2. Attack Twilight and Twilight penguins

Therefore, we declare war on all existing Club Penguin Armies including ACP, IW, Nachoes, UMA, RPF, etc. We refuse to agree to the acceptable Club Penguin army fighting regulations. Any and all tactics that can be used to bring down armies are fair.
Article III: We will claim responsibility for all attacks on the Black Army website.
Article IV: There is no official join page. Any and all penguins may fight for us. You do not need to sign up. If you desire to become a major leader with posting rights, you must comment on this post and pass a background check.
Article V: If you are fighting for the Black Army, your penguin must be black.
